Building construction is a complex process. Our construction solutions from SIP panels allow you to realize your dreams as quickly as possible, while maintaining the highest level of quality of work.

Work on the project

We will help you choose a project based on your needs and wishes. If none of the projects suits you, our architects will develop an individual project for your home. We will offer suitable options for houses and materials based on your budget. We will pre-calculate the cost of implementing the selected project. We will work with you in detail on the features of the future house: type of foundation (based on geology); roofing; glazing; facade decoration; engineering solutions.

Making a house

Your house will be manufactured at a modern, automated factory in Ukraine. Why is it so? Because this way we can offer you a high-quality house made of ecological Carpathian wood at reasonable prices.

The production of a modular house takes 35 days. You get a house with exterior and interior decoration. A house kit for the construction of a 100m2 SIP panel house will be ready in 14 days from the date of order.

Delivery to the site

Delivery of a house or a house kit is carried out by specialized transport with all the necessary documents.

Before direct delivery of the house to your site, we will need to make sure that large-sized vehicles can enter and select equipment for unloading.

Installation and connection

If you have chosen a modular house, the list of works on your site is minimal: assembling the house on a prepared foundation and connecting utilities.

For the rest of the houses:

installation of the house kit on the prepared foundation;
installation of roofing structure and drainage systems;
installation of doors and windows;
facade works;
installation of electrical networks, ventilation, sewage and other communications;
finishing the premises.
You first obtain a building permit and prepare the construction site.

Roofing and facade

Our teams are trained to work with a variety of roofing and facade materials. At the project stage, we will work with you to choose the type of roof and roofing material, as well as the facade finishing option and materials for it.

Our houses can have flat (membrane) and pitched (metal, bituminous, composite tiles) roofs.

The facade can be finished with plaster with painting, wooden siding, clinker brick, natural stone, or modern composite materials.

We will also offer you various types of drainage systems, window (PVC and aluminum) structures.

Interior decoration

Interior work is carried out in accordance with technical standards, design project and your individual wishes.

We will start with the installation of various engineering networks and finish with the installation of furniture.

Our foreman and manager will be in touch with you at any time during the entire production process.

We sign an acceptance certificate upon completion of each stage of construction work. At the end of each week, you will receive a video report on the progress of the work.

Upon completion, you receive a 5-year warranty from the company and a set of rules for the operation of the house.
